Please, submit your contribution before November 1st, 2001 !    The proceedings will be published as special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods A. Contributions to the proceedings must be submitted within 1 month after the workshop, (before November 1st,  2001.) For regular talks of 20 min length the written contribution should stay within 61/2 -7 pages. For the "young postdoc" talks of 10 min the range is  3 1/2 - 4 pages. The proceedings should be submitted  according to the guidelines provided by the publishing company (Elsevier) , using the LaTeX style files  provided by Elsevier. For users of LaTeX2e  this is the file elsart.cls. For users of old style LaTeX these are the files elsart.sty and  elsart12.sty.  The contributions  should be placed on our ftp  server.
