The 10th International Workshop on  Vertex Detectors will be held in the  conference facilities of the Hotel Waldstaetterhof  in Brunnen between  Sunday the 23th of September 2001  and Friday the 28th of  September 2001.  The expected number of  participants to Vertex2001  is around  50. In  the spirit of previous workshops, participation to  the workshop is  limited to  speakers, who are requested to stay for the whole  workshop  period. Informal discussions  outside the  normal  workshop sessions are strongly  encouraged.    Emphasis will be given to topics directly related to vertex detectors:   Vertex detectors at present experiments New vertex detector projects R&D for future vertex detectors Radiation hardness of detectors and  R&D on new materials Radiation hardness of  integrated readout electronics  DAQ and trigger architecture for vertex detectors  Vertexing algorithms and performances Applications of vertexing   instrumentation to other fields.  Additional talks will be available for new and innovative ideas and applications.
